Cancellation
Admin-controlled. Earlier cancellations may qualify for partial or full refund at Dumpster Dogs' discretion. Same-day, close-to-delivery, dispatched, or already-prepared bookings may become non-refundable.
Overfilled / Above Rail
Debris must remain level with or below the top rail. Dumpster Dogs may refuse pickup if overfilled or unsafe and may require excess material to be removed. May stack with extra-day, trip, and blocked-access fees.
All pricing is governed by the Dumpster Dogs Rental Agreement. Fees may be charged to the card on file when incurred, per the agreement.
How Mileage Works
We're based in Danville, IN. The first 15 miles from our yard are included in your rental — that covers most of Hendricks County including Avon, Plainfield, Brownsburg, Pittsboro, and Clayton. Locations farther out are tiered, billed one-way from our yard:
- 0–15 mi: Included in base price
- 15–25 mi: $3/mi (covers most of Mooresville, North Salem)
- 25–30 mi: $4/mi
- 30–40 mi: $8/mi (max service area)

How much is a 10-yard dumpster rental?
Our 10-yard roll-off dumpster is $280 for a 3-day rental and $330 for a 5-day rental. Includes delivery, pickup, and a 1-ton (2,000 lb) weight allowance. Ideal for garage cleanouts, small remodels, and yard projects.
How much is a 16-yard dumpster rental?
Our 16-yard roll-off dumpster is $315 for a 3-day rental and $365 for a 5-day rental. Both prices include delivery, pickup, and a 2-ton (4,000 lb) weight allowance with no hidden fees.
Should I get a 10-yard or 16-yard dumpster?
Pick a 10-yard for single-room cleanouts, small bath remodels, garage clear-outs, and small yard jobs. Pick a 16-yard for whole-house cleanouts, multi-room remodels, roofing tear-offs, or anything you'd otherwise need 5+ pickup-truck loads for. The 16-yard is only $35 more per rental and holds 60% more debris, so when in doubt, size up.
Is delivery and pickup included in the price?
Yes — delivery and pickup within our standard 15-mile service radius are included. Locations farther out are tiered: $3/mi (15–25 mi), $4/mi (25–30 mi), $8/mi (30–40 mi). 40 miles from our Danville, IN yard is the max service area.
What if I go over the included weight allowance?
Overweight loads are billed at $0.06/lb ($120/ton), based on certified landfill scale tickets. The 10-yard includes 1 ton (2,000 lb); the 16-yard includes 2 tons (4,000 lb). Most household and yard-waste loads come in well under the limit. Heavy materials — concrete, dirt, brick, shingles — should be checked with us first.
Are there fees for keeping the dumpster extra days?
Yes — extra days are $15/day past your rental period, subject to availability. If you suspect you'll need extra time, the 5-day rental ($365) is usually cheaper than 3-day + extras.
What's the cancellation fee?
Cancellation fees are up to $75, applied at our discretion. Earlier cancellations may qualify for a partial or full refund. Same-day or dispatched-truck cancellations may become non-refundable due to reserved inventory and routing.
How much does tire disposal cost?
Tire disposal is $25 per tire. Tires can be tossed in with your regular load — just count them when you book or call before pickup.
What about hazardous materials?
Hazardous materials (paint, oil, chemicals, batteries) cannot go in the dumpster. If hazmat is found during disposal, a $90 minimum per category handling fee applies plus actual cleanup costs. Hendricks County Tox-Away days accept most hazmat for free.
Do you offer same-day delivery, and is there a fee?
Yes — same-day delivery booked before 3 PM is Free, subject to availability. After-hours rush (3–6 PM) is $50. Sunday delivery is $200.
