You may use this website to learn about our services, request quotes, book rentals, manage an existing rental, and contact us. You agree not to use the site to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, transmit malicious code, or attempt to disrupt the booking or payment systems.

Dumpster Dogs rents 16-yard roll-off dumpsters and (for select project types) a dump trailer in Hendricks County, Morgan County, Putnam County, and surrounding areas of central Indiana. All rentals are subject to availability and the rental agreement you electronically sign at checkout.

Standard 16-yard rentals are offered as either a 3-day rental ($315) or a 5-day rental ($365). Dump trailer rentals (for concrete, brick, stone, and roofing projects) are 1-day rentals at $295 — the same rate as a 1-day 16-yard rental. Rental day one is the day of delivery. If your scheduled pickup falls on a Sunday, pickup is deferred to the following Monday at no extra charge.

Full base rental payment, including any quoted mileage and delivery surcharges, is charged at the time of booking through our payment processor (Stripe). By providing your payment method, you authorize Dumpster Dogs to retain that payment method on file and to charge any additional fees described in these Terms (such as weight overages, extra days, failed-pickup trip fees, tire disposal, hazardous-material fees, and cancellation fees) without further authorization.

The first 15 miles of delivery distance from our yard are free. Beyond that, mileage is billed in tiers: $3/mi for the next portion, $4/mi for the next portion, and $8/mi for the furthest tier, as quoted at checkout based on the delivery address.

The following additional fees may apply in addition to the base rental and are cumulative — more than one may apply to the same rental:

• Extra Day Fee: $15 per day beyond the booked rental period.
• Failed Pickup / Trip Fee: $50 per wasted trip if the dumpster cannot be retrieved (for example: blocked access, vehicles in the way, gate locked, or load condition prevents safe pickup).
• Weight Overage: $0.06 per pound over the included 2-ton (4,000 lb) allowance, equal to $120 per ton, billed from the certified scale ticket.
• Tire Disposal: $25 per tire found in the load.
• Hazardous Materials: $90 per category of hazardous or prohibited material found in the load (in addition to any actual disposal cost passed through).
• Cancellation Fee: up to $75, at Dumpster Dogs' discretion, depending on how close to delivery the cancellation occurs and whether inventory was already reserved or dispatched.

You may request additional days through the customer portal or by contacting us. Each additional day is billed at $15/day and will be charged to the card on file. Extensions are subject to inventory availability.

Every 16-yard rental includes a 2-ton (4,000 lb) weight allowance. Loads exceeding the allowance are charged at $0.06/lb ($120/ton) based on the certified landfill or transfer-station scale ticket. The scale ticket is the controlling weight record and will be made available on request.

The following may not be placed in our dumpsters: paint, oils, fuels, solvents, pesticides, asbestos, refrigerators or appliances containing refrigerants, batteries, electronics requiring special disposal, medical waste, or any material classified as hazardous under federal, state, or local law. If hazardous materials are found in a load, a $90-per-category Hazardous Materials fee will be charged in addition to any actual disposal cost we incur.

Tires are not accepted at our standard disposal facilities and require special handling. If tires are found in the load, a $25-per-tire fee will be charged to the card on file.

If our driver arrives for delivery or pickup and cannot complete the job through no fault of ours — including blocked access, vehicles parked on the drop site, a locked gate, unsafe load conditions, or the dumpster being overfilled above the rim — a $95 Failed Pickup / Trip Fee will apply per wasted trip.

Cancellations made well in advance of the scheduled delivery date typically qualify for a partial or full refund. Cancellations made close to the delivery date, on the day of delivery, after the truck has been dispatched, or for rentals where inventory has been reserved on your behalf, may be non-refundable. A Cancellation Fee of up to $75 may be applied at Dumpster Dogs' discretion to cover scheduling and dispatch costs.

You are responsible for ensuring the drop site is clear, level, and safely accessible to a roll-off truck; for obtaining any permits required by your municipality or HOA; for the contents placed in the dumpster; and for any damage to driveways, lawns, sidewalks, sprinkler systems, septic lids, or overhead obstructions resulting from delivery or pickup at the location you selected. Driveway protection boards are available on request.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indiana law, Dumpster Dogs and Mann Hauling LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a rental is limited to the amount you actually paid for that rental.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a Dumpster Dogs rental shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hendricks County, Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The parties may also mutually agree to mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation.

Dumpster Dogs currently communicates with customers by email and phone only. We are not operating an SMS or text-message program at this time. Any prior SMS consent you provided remains on file but will not be used to send text messages unless we re-enable SMS service and obtain fresh consent.

A. Email Communications. By providing your email address and booking with us, you consent to receive transactional emails from Dumpster Dogs related to your account, bookings, orders, deliveries, pickups, scheduling updates, service notifications, payment receipts, and customer support communications.

B. Phone Communications. You may call Dumpster Dogs at (317) 650-9219 for booking, delivery updates, pickup requests, and customer support. We may also call the phone number you provide to coordinate delivery, pickup, or account matters.

• Email frequency varies based on active rentals and account activity.
• You may unsubscribe from non-transactional emails by following the link in any such email.
• Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the website or our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
